Spring Childcare

We are moving to a different city and as a parent, I want to thank Jackie and Daisy whose warmth, compassion and genuine care for my child helped me put my mind at ease when my son was not around me. We are going to miss you.The facility is immaculate, safe and clean. Most importantly, I could trust that my child is thriving under the care of Jackie and Daisy. They provide a nurturing environment that has helped my child grow and develop in so many ways. I would recommend them to any parent seeking exceptional care for their child. Thank you guys, for your commitment to the well-being and happiness of my son in your care. You guys are great ❤️Keep up the good work !

Excellent place for our child. Rosanna & Paul are friendly, encouraging and inclusive. They offer a flexible preschool program as well as daycare for all ages. The ratio of adult to children cannot be better - 2 adults to 8 kids. Our child has learned so much with their help!

Jacky and Daisy provides excellent childcare. Our daughter has been going there since she was 1 years old. We were very worried about the transition being at a young age and she was very well taken care of. now nearly 3 years old our daughter is full of joy, can understand some chinese and well behaved. The facility is always clean and has lots of toys for kids to play with. Would recommend

Both kids and us love the new management of the daycare. The owners are friendly and patient, fees are reasonable and the place is kept clean and bright.

WARNING! My wife and I are not resentful people, but we were completely blindsided by Jacky and Daisy's unprofessionalism and lack basic communication skills.My wife and I had recently moved and was thrilled when we were able to find childcare where we live at their establishment. We submitted all our information promptly after touring, and my wife communicated very clearly that we were going to bring our child there. We had just told our previous daycare that we were leaving and submitted our deposit when we were told that the spot was taken.For context, my wife was in correspondence with them about start dates and was EXTREMELY clear that we would secure a spot, and this was reciprocated on their front as well (or else we would never let go of a daycare spot).There was absolutely no communication when another family took our spot. There was no response when my wife tried to call and email them several times after our spot has taken. There is no accountability or transparency at all.There was no sincere apology.I believe Jacky and Daisy choose another family because they felt their start date was earlier and my wife wasn't sure at that time to start now or next month. This shows me that they only care about dollars signs and I'm glad our child never went here.We know these things happen, and would not be upset if this was communicated. However, to string us along and then reject us after we let go of our previous daycare spot as completely unprofessional. A simple email saying Hey are you guys still interested
