Fatima was able to expertly replace a size 10 zipper on a near new heavy winter jacket that had broken soon after it was purchased. Fatima was very friendly, quick to respond to email, and the quality of work was nothing short of perfect. The zipper replacement was flawless, you cannot see any sign of work being done other than it works exactly as she stated it would. I was very impressed, and will contact her again if I require any further alteration services. Thank you, Fatima.

Fatima runs a home based shop, she is extremely professional and I had a great experience with her.. very prompt and worked over the weekend and did my work within 24 hours... her rates are reasonable and work is excellent !! Thanks for a very good experience !
