I have seen Dr. Grundy a couple of times as a patient. At first I thought he might be different than a typical endocrinologist, but at the 2nd appointment his true colors showed. Even though my blood work was better in EVERY way, all he wanted to do was stick me on a pill, even though I have shown extreme intolerance to this solution in the past. Prescribing a pill was all he seemed to care about. This doctor is very old school and thinks within the box. He takes the typical medical establishment approach and thinks that taking a pill is the only answer and is not open to exploring other options, even though I indicated, I would be open to further testing to see what my risk factors might be and would pay for this out of pocket. I do not recommend this doctor as he needs to retire his antiquated thinking and approach!

Dr Grundy and his staff is not seeing or responding to his patients in a timing fashion. Blood work was done a few weeks ago. There was just a email to instruct me with medication adjustment. I asked to discuss my concerns with doctor for just 5mins on a phone consultation. No response so far.

The receptionist I spoke to yesterday… wow.Very condescending and miserable lady. The receptionist misread something,and gave me wrong information. This lead me to being confused, so I tried to understand the situation better therefore asking more questions about the information. They then made it seem like I was in the wrong, and shouldn’t question them. She literally talked to me like I was a child.After we found out she got the information wrong. There was no apology or accountability. Cut and dry with some dazzle of attitude.Please teach your staff professionalism, and basic customer service. This place is an absolute joke.

Dr Grundy is a wonderful doctor. Calming manner and very informative. I'm sure most specialists are great, but I feel really lucky.

After waiting 8 months for an appointment, I drove from the deep South of Calgary to downtown Calgary during AM rush hour, paid for parking just to have my blood pressure checked and given a lab requisition. He could have contacted my doctor or have made a 2 minute phone call with me and emailed the requisition. I could have saved the cost of fuel at $1.47 and $20 for parking.

Dr. Grundy and his office staff are absolutely fantastic. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in October of 2017, and he has been my Endocrinologist ever since. He is an amazing addition to my diabetic team, and is very dedicated to ensuring his patients receive the best care. Although our meetings are often short, he asks all the right questions, and ensures the response he receives is clear.

Saw Dr Kinnear - I’ve never seen such a rude doctor IN MY LIFE. Extremely dismissive of all my issues and questions, argued with me over every last thing I said including why I came to see her, repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do and ridiculed me for even coming to see her. Extremely condescending and talked to me like I know nothing at all and I’m just some idiot loser wasting her precious time. The gist of the appointment was that I’m crazy to have even dared to come to see her. Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience for someone who is genuinely trying to seek knowledge and help. I meant no ill will, there’s no need to be so rude.

I visited this clinic for appointments with Doctor Kinnear, she helped me through diagnoses and treatment of follicular thyroid cancer. Very understanding, was able to explain step by step everything that would be happening, as well as the reasons behind her decisions.Excellent doctor and organization. I would highly recommend them to everyone - she is an expert in her field and quite professional! have felt more comfortable in her office than in any other doctors office I ever have gone to- realy made me feel like a human being, and allowed me to be part of my care plan.

Worst Experience I've had with a Doctor. To keep the explanation short; I have been battling with low testosterone for a couple years and dealing with the symptoms. I went to Dr. Grundy for help and received an effortless response. your lack of testosterone is due to a supplement or steroid you might have taken

Had a very pleasant consultation with Dr. Grundy. He was patient with all of my questions and answered them thoroughly. He gave me some recommendations and advice with pertinent information, to back up his reasoning.
