Shoppers Drug Mart

Called to ask pharmacy a question. Went through automated machine to speak with pharmacist. Spoke with them for 1 min before getting disconnected. Called back and waited for TWELVE minutes to talk to pharmacist only to be put on hold AGAIN. Now been waiting for 15 mins to speak with pharmacist only to be told they dont even have the medication I was looking for so now I have to call other pharmacies to find it. Disappointing service.

This location is horrible for prescription refills. They never answer the phone either. I called 12 times and it went straight to voicemail. I called another 5 times and it they immediately hung up on me after waiting on hold for 5-10 minutes. As I'm writing this, I have been on hold for 32 minutes. I only to talk to someone for 1 minute. I will definitely be switching pharmacy

On multiple occasions pharmacy staff was very rude. Her name is Ivona - talked to several members from my family in a extremely rude manner, was not doing her job properly at all and her attitude is not even appropriate for a junk yard let alone pharmacy , where staff is supposed to be helpful and polite.

AWFUL pharmacy. Avoid at all costs.Always long waits. Never answers phone when we call. Constant issues with getting simple refills.We’ve used them for over a year and these issues are always there. Leaving and never coming back

Pharmacy is poorly run. No calls back when prescriptions are ready. Takes forever for someone to serve you at the register. No one answers the phone. 0/10 recommend

Came back to edit this review and give a lower rating because I’m here yet again and there’s issues. Came to get my script a week ago and was asked to wait an hour for them to fill it. I get enough for a week as they didn’t have enough to fill the whole prescription. Okay, no problem. Come back a week later and my script is, unsurprisingly, not prepared. Once again an incredibly frustrating simple errand that took way longer than it should.I’ve used this location for the pharmacy and find myself increasingly frustrated after every visit. I don’t think I have had a single time that I haven’t had a delay with prescription p/u and have had to leave and make a second trip to the pharmacy. I have my medication on auto refill and have arrived to find it not ready or the staff have been unable to locate my prescription and have had to refill on the spot requiring a wait. Today, staff had trouble locating my prescription and then my new drug card for work had trouble processing. I was asked to come back later in the evening. I completely understand technology can get the better of us all but I left feeling frustrated that once again a simple errand has required a second trip

Selection is smaller than many other shopper dms. Shelves are often empty of particular items. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone and doesn't even tell you what number you are in queue. But I suppose it's better than nothing for the sake of convenience. A couple of the postal workers at this location have gone out of their way to be unhelpful and rude. --- Update: I have had them pick up the phone once after >1hr.

Yes this place gets busy at times and I have been coming here for years to understand when’s the best time to come.The staff are helpful and I appreciate their work on trying their best to get things done in a timely manner.Place is clean and isles are wide enough for comfortable shopping.I use their postal service regularly and the staff there is also great. The best time to go are in the mornings or just before rush hour when everyone is done work.

If their would have option of no star, i would have given that. The pharmacy never ready our drug on time. Even if we have order 2 days ahead. Whenever o reach to pick up the drug , they always tell that we will get it ready in 20 mins and we were busy since morning.. Same story every time..

This pharmacy never picks up the phone and every time I go to pick up my prescription, they always say that it was scheduled for a later date, I’ve never had this problem at other locations. So almost every time, I have to come back 1-2 hours later to pick it up. Very bad experience unfortunately…
