On Saturday 21-May I had the most amazing experience at this Bell location. Over the last several years this location has NEVER let me down. In particular, this visit stood out as my mom, who's a senior, was with me. She and I had the pleasure of dealing with Huy Duong and Brian Shauran. They were amazingly knowledgeable. They asked smart questions to determine our needs. They LISTENED and then worked to find the best solutions for the situation. They took their time being respectful and understanding of mom's age and hearing loss but never treated her like an old woman who couldn't possibly understand. This location officially has my loyalty and I will recommend them every chance I get.

Nicho was very helpful in helping me switch service providers. He did a good job in explaining the various plans and benefits. When I requested if I can get a new phone. He was quickly able to suggest a good phone for a good price based off my needs.

Worst service ever!! To start the lady who helped me she was way too old I think her name is Nikki. She couldn't understand what I wanted and she was barely keeping up. I needed someone fast, she did not even put the effort to help me. I just wanted to let the people know, that if you are coming do not waste your time with her

Bell is a bunch of scammers. Make sure they activate your phone plan properly or they will charge you 562$ in data and pretend they don't know what to do.

Woah! What an incredible experience with this Bell location- specifically with their manager, Brian. I'm about to travel for an extended period of time and had some pretty specific requests. Not only was the service above and beyond (in terms of providing me what I asked for), Brian was really generous in offering advice and explaining everything in understandable terms. In this monopoly it can be really hard to find a good phone provider, let alone a good sales rep. 100% recommend!
