Its been over one year and still no refund. I spent over 30$ on tims. I got home and noticed bugs in my food i went back to the store and the lady said she cant give me a refund.

Order taker was rude did not listen when order placed, messed up coffee order. Order was small tea with milk and sugar, medium coffee with just cream, three other customers confirmed that's what was ordered but server argued, instead saying sorry, argued. Don't know if I will go back there again, or make a trip to the other Tim's.

Asked for a box of assorted timbits and got only 2 kind (chocolate and honey glazed, the worst ones basically). This isn't the first time it happens either, this location really isn't the best around. Isn't super fast either. Never has anything stocked... drive out of your way to go elsewhere if you want anything other than coffee.

Overall a pretty good experience. Great people and food. Corporate needs to open their mind and increase wages so people are willing to work there. They are understaffed.

Lots of staff and good selection of menu options made this a Tim's visit that will keep me coming back. No 5 stars though because the entry to the drive through is at the end of the mall and not well marked.

I'm noticing the service here to be less than desirable as of late. On the rare occasions that we go here, we have a) been overcharged on a bagel/cheese order that the serving staff were adamant on being correct and b) today at 4:00 PM the young drive thru server repeatedly insisted that we ordered a coffee, when that was not the case, not listening to the order of cream cheese bagel. When I addressed this, his cohort came by and blurted out that we do not appreciate your complaint

4 days in a row. Me or the wife go here. I order a 4 CHEESE BEAGLE. AND i get an everything. EVERY LAST TIME THE LAST 4 DAYS. ITS BEEN MESSED UP ! IM NOT GETTING WHAT I ORDER. Fix the managment
