I've had my second shipment handled by Vitran and they are awesome, quick turnaround time and the dispatch team is awesome, I forget the ladies name (sorry)! They are well organized and they even load everything into my truck with a fork lift, I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes. Keep up the awesome work!

These people were great! They contacted to me to schedule a delivery at a time that was convenient to me and answered my questions about some of the logistics. The delivery person placed the shipment where it was easiest for me to unpack.

I ordered something out of Edmonton with prepaid shipping through vitran. Product shipped out on Thursday and arrived in Regina on Friday for a Monday delivery. I got in a bit of a pinch and needed to receive the shipment Friday afternoon. The office staff made arrangements for me to pickup my shipment from the warehouse. That was excellent customer service!

We called to inquire about a package and were rudely addressed by the woman on the phone. Our business runs off of this type of delivery and we've now lost significant amount of sales due to lack information. As you could imagine this would be stressful and a little help wouldve gone a long way. All we needed was for 1 question to be answered and she dint even have the time to discuss it professionally. Very disappointed.
