Extremely nice and helpful staff, but if you intend to do anything with your bank account go somewhere else, there are way to many roadblocks when trying to actually do something.

The most amazing experience at this branch every single time i go. The team there helped me buy my first home, sort out a car loan, figure out retiring or at least affording to one day, nothing was too much and the information and assistance i got was second to none. I live in the south and drive to Beddington because the level of service is that good!

This does seem to be a good place to bank but today I've waited 2.5 hours on hold to be dismissed four times due to volume. I need to get an account opened and it's taking an unprecedented amount of time. Branch representative has not replied in over 6 weeks. What gives?

I love this credit union. Especially this location at Beddington. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I used to hate banks. I switched here several years ago and now I enjoy banking again. The no fee cheque account has removed all the stress that banking used to cause. I can’t imagine ever going back to a regular bank again. Now that they’ve incorporated Apple Pay I like it even better. Thanks

Staff are always friendly and I have always gotten good banking advice and helpful planning when meeting one on one. Great for personal banking and much cheaper than the big guys.

I have used them in the past, however I am not going to be going back to them anytime soon. I had a particular bad experiance with heather one of the managers over at the Maclode Trail Branch. As well the new site update that they have is very bad. The client line is not open as much as charterbanks and can become a real pain at times when you have issues like your card doesnt work. This happend many times and I would not recommend them. I have since switced my banking to td canada trust.

I did like connect, but lately I get offered products..I say yes then I get told sorry we can't help you..We were offered a blend and extend mortgage. We provided all the required information. We get told we are approved. We book an appointment to come in to sign the documents. Next day I get a call saying we made a mistake we can't help you. Seriously, this has caused so much stress.

At least when they're trying to help, it's not staffs fault. Can't do much with these legal thieving system we have, so these guys are possibly the better of the legal thieves.

Better bank than the most major ones, as they do not have any monthly fees and provide better local customer service.
