Vacuum Works Plus

On the recommendation of some friends, my wife and I visited the store in search of a replacement part. Unfortunately, the unit was I trying to repair is decades old and the replacement part unavailable. Nevertheless, Paul and Karen spent a lot of time helping us and provided a part that I may be able to use in place of the original. Their customer service was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Went tonight to get my dyson v11 fixed and voila the job was done. Karen and Paul gave us amazing service! The couple gave amazing customer service and even stayed late. We went in on Saturday to pick up some vacuum bags and ended up talking to Paul about some issues with our built in. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with some ideas/options to consider. Very customer friendly and I appreciated the time he gave us.

I now have an honorary doctorate in vacuumology thanks to Karen and Paul! As a multi pet household, I got to know them well through my search and discovery they had the best commercial steam cleaners for rent. It took a few years, but finally they converted me off the mainstream cheaper vacuums like my Bissell into an understanding that you truly get what you pay for. I am now the proud owner of a Sebo Dart that has changed my home life for the better! Their knowledge, professionalism, customer service and great prices will keep me a loyal customer as long as they are in business. My Kenmore central vac broke down after 22 years so I researched replacement options online.
