This was the first appointment in many, MANY years that I have not left in tears or continued to feel anxious upon departure. In the past, it would take a lot of courage for me to make the call to book an appointment. Then I would book one for several months after the call just to prepare myself. I can honestly say, I look forward to my next appointment.Kudos for using up-to-date technology and procedures - efficiency and effectiveness are critical factors for those like me. The fact current technologies are used demonstrates care and commitment to patient's oral health and well-being.Thank you Dr. Barker, the kind and calm-demeanored dental assistant and hygienist (Dolores) and front of office staff.Staff are prompt, gentle, and demonstrate care and understanding.

I recently completed Invisalign and am ecstatic with my new smile! Dr. Barker was informative, precise and very kind. I love being greeted by the receptionists who are always smiling. The dental assistants and hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Pasqua South Oral Health Clinic!

Pasqua South is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. They truly place such great importance on making their patients feel welcomed, valued, and like they are in good hands. Any time I have needed emergency dental care, I have been able to see someone within the day- even on weekends. The dentists and staff are all kind and make routine checkups and cleanings feel less like a chore and more like a positive experience. I would recommend Pasqua South to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable clinic for dental work.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 8 years and have gotten numerous dental cleanings and check-ups throughout this duration, but most recently, I was needing a crown for one of my top front teeth. I was really anxious about this as I didn’t know how my new crown (specifically the shape and colour-matching) was going to look compared to the other teeth surrounding it. Dr. Barker and the dental hygienist were so efficient and beyond thorough every step of the process, which included answering all my questions and concerns. When I left the clinic after the crown was put in, I looked at my new tooth once I was outside in the sunlight. My smile couldn’t have looked any more perfect. I called Debbie at the front desk to tell her how impressed I was with the whole experience. I’m so thankful to have found such a great clinic with professionals who are the best at what they do. I would highly recommend Pasqua South Oral Health Clinic to anyone who is in need of everyday dental care and/or cosmetic dental work!

I have seen several dentists over the years and have had a lot of work done. This is office and the great team make me feel comfortable, safe, and they have my complete trust. When they weren't 100% sure if they could complete the work I needed done, they referred me to a specialist who was able to complete the work instead of the potential risk of damaging the tooth further. The management, dentists, and all the excellent support staff are wonderful to deal with and I have recommended them to all my friends and family, who have been slowly switching over to this office. Two thumbs!

I am very happy with their service. Very clean and pleasant environment. Marie Ann the hygienist did a very good job and I feel relaxed being around her. The dentist is also very good!

My son was racially profiled and denied his appointment by the receptionist Deb, refused, after telling the office manager he received a call of apology from the office manager and another from Deb, but this was the jist of the apology “I’m sorry you felt profiled, but I don’t know what you want me to do about it”Not that it matters, my son is a nice looking, well dressed man. Deb didn’t even check her computer. Another assistant heard and came out, asked if he was this person, and then said come right back we’ve been expecting you.The dentist, Dr Barker, was excellent, but the receptionist and the feelings caused to my son being First Nations is unacceptable.

Today, I accompanied my son for his first dental exam and cleaning at Pasqua South Oral Health Clinic. He did some X-ray and was examined quickly in less than 12mn. After that, we have been told to wait in the waiting room to do his teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 35mn no one showed up.I remined the lady at the desk that we are already 20mn late and we are still waiting for the hygienist. She said the hygienist is busy now with someone. No apologies or excuses from her and no clear explanations about this long delay.First, and did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of the lady at this dental clinic and mainly the lack of clear communications. Being sometime late is not a big problem but at least you have to APOLOGY and be FRIENDLY and more importantly communicate clearly with your client.I am not happy with the service. I will not return again to this dental clinic.

This is THE BEST dental clinic in Regina! I cannot express enough how wonderful our family's experience has been at this clinic. From the moment we walk into the office, we are greeted by friendly smiles from the staff, and you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. Every single person in that office is so warm and friendly and always smiling. A sure sign that they love what they do and that's evidenced in the amazing way in which they treat their patients. Karly - I want to thank you for all the help you've given me over the years. I appreciate you so much. Dr. Barker - thank you for being so understanding and caring with both of my sons, who as you know, were EXTREMELY anxious about going to the dentist because of previous bad experiences. Your patience, kindness and understanding has changed the way they both feel about going to the dentist and they no longer fear their dental visits - and for that, we can't thank you enough!
