I needed my necklace fixed the day before my flight in the AM and Marcus fixed my necklace in less than an hour with no complaints and free of charge. Went in for a repair and he refused it as he said my piece was to old and he wasn't going to waste the time to repair because it will eventually break again. I told him I wasn't worried about it breaking again, I just wanted it fixed, nothing more nothing less. He was rude, not personable, and very matter of fact and snobby like my business and money wasn't good enough for him for whatever reason. The way this shop looked inside, it didn't look like he was in any position to turn business away. I will never go back there for any reason And will never recommend this place to anyone I know...

I stopped by the other day, First off the gentlemen was extremely polite and helpful. They had a good selection of fine, antique and other types of jewelry at great respectable prices. Dont be offred to stop by, I hate going to chain run places ad they don't offer the unique or well priced products as they do at Marcus Jewelry!

Walked in for a ring resizing, he was cold, callus and extremely rude. Also made an attempt to seek out bands for my husband and again he was rude and insulting. Would not recommend to family nor friends. Poor business owner with even far worse business etiquette.

Friendly and resized my bracelets in a day! Nice guy and I'll be back again.Sometimes jewelers know best - and the fact that he turned away a repair because he knew it would break again shows how honest he is and his dedication to having happy customers in the end!
