Chronic Ink - Tattoo Shop Mississauga

Got my first tattoo here (artist was Jonas). It turned out great. I was very impressed by the level of detail and how well the colours turned out. Some of these pictures might not even do it justice because it's hard to take pictures of your arm so they're a little blurry. It was all done in one session for a reasonable price. He was very nice and re-assuring as I was clearly nervous. Excellent tattoo, artist and place - would definitely recommend!

I got a piece done on my back by a guest artist here. I have a disability from injury that makes it painful to lie down on my stomach for that many hours so after a while I asked to be moved to a more comfortable position sitting up but they don’t have chairs to accommodate that. It seems the tables were massage-like tables? I think it’s very important to be comfortably positioned while sitting for 5-6 hours, getting a tattoo so shops need to make sure that’s possible and should take into consideration, those who are less able.

Couldn’t have been better!! My tattoo turned out perfect, the staff, the artist were so friendly and patient with me and my pickiness, gonna get all of my tattoos from here no doubt! Awesome place, awesome people!

They gave me what is by far my worst tattoo. It came out faded and spotty, and then they didn’t answer any of my messages when I tried to book a touch-up.

Place used to be good when it wasn’t a franchise, now they’ve cheaped out on the INK and have students/apprentices doing your walk-ins and they will charge you as if it’s an experience tattoo artist. Will rather goto FYINK if I’m going to pay that kind of money anyways, as they are much more experienced and their quality is far greater as well.

I booked online to get Chris Allen for a piece. I followed the entire procedure. Took a day off work. Prepped my body for the tattoo and came in on time, only to be told my appointment wasn’t in their system. Before calling the artist to see if he could come back in(he had left for the day) the receptionist proceeded to attempt to book me in for another day. Which for me would not be happening. The lack of professionalism, customer service knowledge and incompetence is why I will never go back to this company. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have never been so upset with company before. To top it off I was told I would have to wait before receiving my deposit. This company tops my list of X’d businesses. Proceed with caution.

I had Kenimn as my artist for my first tattoo and I was very well taken care of! She was very kind and professional when explaining everything to me as a first timer and was very patient with my questions. She was meticulous and gentle with the tattooing and design process and it turned out more than perfect. My experience at Chronic Ink was super chill and comfortable, and I'm super happy to say that I will definitely be a returning client more than once!
