Terrific experience - Justin was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Set the tree in my stand on my front porch and arranged it inside. Great value, tree looks beautiful and saved my partner and I so much time & hassle!

Justin delivered my tree today and was just the BEST! He came inside to see the space, then cut and mounted the tree and brought it inside. He was very careful to treat the space like his own and ensure he didn't hit the walls in the narrow passageway and up the stairs. He informed me about the tree, how to take care of it and gave me some good advice and tips in general. The customer service was amazing and I am so glad that I have this fresh smelling Fraser Fir in my living room all ready for the holidays. This is our first time trying out Trees on a Truck and because of such a phenomenal experience it will become a tradition in our family. Justin also gave me advice on lights and called me back after delivery as he had seen my ornaments to let me know that there were no strings attached to the brand I had bought just in case I didn't know - that was super thoughtful. Thank you Justin and Trees on a Truck for making my first real Christmas tree come true! :)

Thought I left a review for last year but didn't. Just need to let everyone know about my experience. Delivered on time but ordered a tree by size and got a tree way to large that was cut down and not very full. Promised expert installation in my stand but was anything but expert. Tree fell over two days later after decorated damaging a variety of things. Messaged him and tried to shift blame on me?!? I had used that stand for years setting it up myself no problems. My wife ordered this service, which was expensive, to help me out as I was very busy that year. Well was not a great experience and shifting blame and responsibility to us was very irresponsible. Total Christmas bummer. If you use good luck and be warned.

Wow .. is all I can sayI tried this company out last year because my husband said he was too tired of lugging our Christmas tree up and down .. out the door .. into the elevator.. he simply said it was too muchI reached out to trees on a truck and I was provide with top notch service… honestly, I’d score them an 11 out of 10.. and I’m going to go with trees on a truck again this year!I am super excited for the 2021 holiday season, and was very grateful to have a caring team help me make my home into a cheerful, beautiful and warm place for the holidays, despite Covid being a downer.Last thing:Happy 2022 everyone.. and trust me.. this company is the way to go..tree in.. tree out.. no problem. They’ll even bring you the extras.. light and all .. they’ll make your whole holiday experience nice and easy.

By accident I found this company. What a treat!!! They are professional, reliable and over all awesome! They are delivering top quality trees and install it in the tree stand. All that for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them next year.
