I was very disappointed at the service this time. I've gone to this branch for my mother for at least 8 years & never so discourteous.I was only depositing a cheque & the teller was entering information on the computer for quite some time before she acknowledged me by looking at me. When I gave her the cheque & my driver's license she continued to enter information on the computer. When I asked if there was a problem she said no & continued on her computer. I have no idea what she was entering because there's not that much info on a cheque & she wasn't asking me any questions. No explanation, no courtesy, no professionalism.

Terrible mortgage rates and terrible penalty to get out of it. Their interest is 1.95% and you can easily get 1.52% other banks. Why you pay hundreds dollars extra every months at Blueshore???

First time I have had dealings with this company. To say that I’m totally impressed with this place is an understatement. The frontline staff are so welcoming, the branch is lovely inside and Harrison our advisor was excellent. Thank you Blueshore!

The mortgage rate is terrible, much higher than others After finishing my term I definitely switch to another bank for my mortgage.

I am in line right now and there is one teller and 4 bankers doing nothing. Clients waiting just looking around for help! I upgraded my 1 to 3 stars because someone heard us complaining and decided to help!

My local BlueShore was in North van.Now this is my local branch.I could just use online banking. But live close enough I just pop in on my motorcycle.There is a lady here called Vesa.I cannot tell you how good she has been..I just show up with all my utility bills plonk them on the counter.Now when I do it online ..I’m like this is annoying on a sunny day.Ha ha ..thankyou Vesa ..Great work.I appreciate it .
