I called Starwatch to troubleshoot a Control4 issue I was having. They walked me through an over the phone attempt to get it resolved. When that did not work, they scheduled a technician to show up at 9:00 am the next morning at my house. He promptly arrived on time and had the system up and running in 15 minutes. Be careful around drivers for this Kelowna company. Tailgating & dangerous driving, weaving in & out of traffgic in busy driving conditions, Monday morning on Benvo;in ay 8:30 am. I would never use this company.
