I love this Michaels, however my customer service experience today was not good. I bought a canvass online for store pick up and I changed my mind and wanted a larger canvass. The customer service representative was giving me a hard time to refund the one I purchased so that I can purchase the bigger one. She was giving me attitude and sighing at me every minute. After the transaction she roughly handing me the receipt. She made me feel bad during the whole transaction. Please be nice to people, you don’t know what someone is going through. Also, stop looking down on people you are not better than anyone else.

I rarely give a bad review, but I had a terrible experience on April 10th between 7-8pm with rude staff who did not show compassion in service. One person was taking extremely long with a customer so her coworker finally showed up after I was waiting a long time with my two children and then she took her sweet time to fulfill a simple transaction. Then she called someone to come check if my 7 year old daughters $100 bill was real. She held it so clearly examening it in such an intrusive and embarrassing way. What a terrible experience for my family

Great inventory of crafts and art supplies. I was looking for felt and found both colours I wanted. My only criticism is that I wish that there were more customer service agents because I couldn't find anyone to help me or direct me. In the end, I figured it out. Thanks Michaels!

I wish I got their names to thank them but both women I asked questions to were quite helpful and so knowledgeable, huge thanks for your help you two. The sewing section was a bit smaller than expected but they had a great overall selection.

No staff on the floor assisting. I went to Michael’s in the Stockyard on a Tuesday looking for acrylic paints and brushes. I needed assistance as I know nothing about painting. There was absolutely no one in that area or anywhere that could assist. Customers were helping each other. Never again. I’ll go to smaller art supply stores where I can hopefully get some service. If this is a management decision to understaff, that’s pathetic!

Very quiet location so it's quite easy to visit and shop. Their clearance section tends to sell out quickly. Well stocked on most other supplies.
