Bulk Food Warehouse

This store has seen a major change in the last year, with new ownership and amazing new products! The staff are knowledgable and friendly and the place is always clean and welcoming. Bulk Food Warehouse is my go-to for not only my bulk food needs, but also my vitamins & supplements!

Ordered a 25kg bag of Baking Soda and drove over an hour to the store in Burlington to pick up. Was given a 22.68kg bag at store front and when asked why the advertised and paid for online product is different and why we were delivered 2.32kg short, the answer from the manager was it was always that way. Take it or leave it. Well, we took it because we drove over an hour to get there. As soon as we leave the store its website was updated and shown the new description of the product at 22.68kg. No reasonable explanation and not even admission that it was an error. Terrible customer relation. Disappointed.

I love this place! I have been buying my essential well being needs here since 1995. For me E-commerce and large health food stores can never replace this community gem.

This place is great for bulk foods. I often come here to get different types of flour, seeds and packaged herbal teas. I find the prices quite fair and the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you out.

Quite a disappointing experience recently. I came to buy an empty pump bottle and fill it with soap. When I put it to use, the bottle was broken - a very small crack in the bottom meant all my soap leaked out and the bottle was not usable. I brought it back and asked if I could return it for a functioning one - I didn't ask for the soap to be replaced, just the bottle.The shop assistant asked the manager, who said I needed the receipt. I explained that I declined a paper receipt - who needs paper, the whole point of these places is to *reduce waste*, and they did not offer me an emailed or texted version. The manager never came out to speak to me, where she might have remembered me from when I purchased my items. No receipt - not interested in helping, or speaking to you. I wanted her to know that she may be selling a range of cracked plastic bottles, but they just weren't interested. They claimed this type of bottle is sold everywhere"

Great selection of natural health products. I love the staff they are so kind and helpful. I have ordered different products in and they can always get them for me without an issue. I love the different snacks they carry as well. The atmosphere is always great and the owner is really nice. I will always come back to this store I never have any issues.

Beyond amazing owners and staff, I have been coming to Bulk Food Warehouse for the last 2.5 years through work and their products and customer service is always exceptional. 10/10 Recommend!

amazing store! i came across this place by accident and am so happy. The staff are so great and they carry a lot of amazing bulk items and great prices as well as natural beauty products. The best thing of all is that they allow you to bring your own containers to shop bulk which helps supports a zero waste lifestyle! It`s my favourite new place to shop and I think it will worth the drive out from North Burlington for me!

Great shop was looking for unsweetened dry cranberries and no one had them,but called the bulk food warehouse up they did. The staff was super friendly even took me over to the bin when I asked where they were even explained the difference between the various dried cranberries they had very impressed

The staff here is excellent! They seem to know everything about clean eating, at least everything that I could think to ask! I also loveee their selection of organic beauty products - bye bye shoppers drug mart!
