As a former employee, working at this company has taught me that there are actually superhuman people in this world. The things i witnessed Ronnie Lorenzo(Ceo) do is what true customer service is all about and how you keep clients for life. He goes above and beyond with his work which he takes so much pride in. There was a time a company from Vancouver called through the recommendation of a loyal customer and client of Ronnie asking to fix an equipment at a budget no other companies would even touch or worth doing the work for how sophisticated and complicated it was for the price they were able to pay put. Without question Ronnie asks them specifics and detailed explanation exactly what was wrong and without looking at a picture he was able to pinpoint the problem with his vast knowledge and experience not just as a master electrician but also as an electrical engineer background. He ended up driving there after work to Vancouver. I was like what the *beep* is this guy made of. It's a great company to work for and an awesome company to hire cause he will never leave you disappointed and will brief you in the exact details of his plan and execute them flawlessly. I learned alot at this company and the journeyman and employees followed by example. Such a positive and amazing experience. I bet anyone 10, 000$, that no one has anything negative or bad to say about Ronnie and his company. He will probably be one of the figures in my life that I will look up to and want to become. Lots of variety of industrial and commercial work, its a start up company but in such a short time hes got alot of loyal clients from previous company that followed him till his non compete ended. That just shows what kind of person he is. I highly recommend this company, just a honest, hard working , and great group of people who will never let you down. The only thing I did not like was, not staying with them and continuing a career path.
