Jess and the team at the Shop Industrial always go the extra mile for their customers. They answered all our questions and we never felt pressured. We left feeling like we made a great purchase. Awesome service and customer service as always from TSI usually deal with Jess but delt with Mike and as always no matter who you deal with fantastic service and people. Thanks Mike if you are looking for chainsaws, lawn mower, snow blower, ATV or Argos even whipper sniper or whatever go check them out.

Bought an atv there back in November and it's been nothing but problems in the 7 months I've had it its shorted out 2 times from bad wiring and many issues has arisen from this bike the sales people gave me a number witch is less then half of what it's worth and they try to tell me to sell it myself, well I can when the dashboard is broken and I cant tell the mileage or how many hours are on it I've brought it in many times to get fixed and it keeps breaking down.
