Called in advance and asked if they had something. Woman on the phone said yes. Asked what dosages. She listed 2. I asked price range. She told me I should just come in. All of this in an annoyed tone like I was interrupting something more important. Went in... She didn't even acknowledge me, just stared at something in her lap (I'm assuming her phone). Someone else came out and asked me what I needed and showed me where it was... There was only one dosage and it was 2x the price I've paid any other place. Definitely will NOT be returning, and do not recommend. And I generally try to avoid giving bad reviews.

I went in there a few weeks ago to look for some Natural Supplements such as Sulforaphane and Pumpkin seed oil, I was thoroughly impressed with the price of everything and the fact that discounts were available at every turn. I was able to get everything I needed and even qualified for the Students and Seniors discount. I will definitely go back and kick synthetic supplements out of my life for good, since they are super dangerous to my health. The people were super helpful in the store as well.

The customer service lady is really warm, friendly and helpful. She asks if she can help and if you want to browse, she let's you. I love that she gives customers space to do their thing and will help when needed. Love this store.

They charge $73.99 for a product that other stores charge $57 for. Honestly don’t waste your time at this store. I remember going in once on the phone and a lady that worked there told me to lower my voice while I was on the phone and no customers were even in the store. Absolute trash of a place. Overpriced and bad service.

I returned an unopened product but was told that I could not do a return without the second receipt that had my cc listed. That's fine and all but the lady helping me could have had a better attitude as she raised her voice at me for not having the second receipt which I simply left in my vehicle. Apparently she is the manager of this store. I will never buy a product from here ever again. I wish I could give 0 stars because I've never had this type of negative service in my life.

I just went to store to ask about a supplement or its alternative? The old oriental lady was extremely rude and non cooperative. I waa having a look at supplement rack and she yelled like hey what do you want? I asked her about alternative to required supplement Bromelain for nasal comgesion and she said rudely i dont know you go. I think she is the worst exanple of customer service i have ever seen Good luck to the business. They need to send in a mystery shopper for her.

I am a frequent visitor of Morning Sun. Visited just now, Wednesday, August 18th at 5:50 pm. Saw that lady in customer service first time. Worst customer service ever received in my life. Awful experience!!!! In a store like this, I am so very much used to see very nice & sweet person behind the counter always ,who are always ready to help. The manager & other 2 employees are so good. Whoever is working at this time is the worst person for your business specially at these tough economic times. I can order stuff online but I always prefer to go in stores to encourage our economy after pandemic times... This customer service lady has very bad attitude. She treated me so bad that I can't explain. She ruined my rest of the evening ☹☹☹

The customer service isn’t the greatest at this location and they never have certain popular items in stockI had asked if they had the water duretic (herbal product) and I always buy like 4 bottles they didn’t have it nor did she suggest calling the other store or ordering it, I had to suggest that to her and she wrote it in their book (snail system) and it’s been 3 weeks I still haven’t gotten a phone call about itI just ordered it on Amazon for 12.99 instead of their price 18.99The Westbrook location always has it and the store manager usual ordered it for me no problem but it’s a distance for me to travel toFrom now on I’ll just order from Amazon

I came in with my partner at around 1:45pm today (Sunday November 21st). When we came in the lady working was being rude to a customer who asked for her first name and manager name, for an altercation that occurred before. The customer was asking softly and politely for the managers name to which she replied “I do not have to give you my name or any name”. My partner stood up to her rude tone and behaviour by saying “you cannot talk to customers like that”. To which she began being incredibly rude to my partner. I was browsing and did not get involved but then she called security saying 4 people were harassing her. I did not even SPEAK to this woman yet she lied to security saying that I was involved and that we were harassing her. My partner was super upset as he said he only goes to Sunridge for this store. The store is great but the lady working today was clearly taking out some other problems out on us. I will be taking this to corporate as well. Super disappointed in what I saw today

The only plus point this store had was an older lady who use to work here she was super nice and had very good knowledge about all the products in the store. I don't think she works there any more...everything is way too expensive now! (reason for edit and 1 star now)
