I looked for a place close by to get a pedicure … I just moved to the area … it was indicated there was a business Facebook page … on the page you could book a service … many different time slots were given and I chose one … when I arrived for my pedicure she was preparing for someone else … I explained I had booked and she informed me she was too busy to check the bookings … she seemed irritated… I informed her if she wasn’t going to properly use theta section of her page she should not offer it … this made her quite mad and argumentative… I thought it was a valid point … regardless I left disappointed and won’t be back for any of her services …
