They charge $3 to print a return label. $3. If I go to Purulator down the street they walk you over to the return label print station and they ensure it's printed correctly. They do this for free. Avoid this location if you can.

I have had to send out multiple packages to the states over the last year and Haleh has been amazing every time. She is so efficient and I always trust everything is taped up nice and securely. Best package depot on the north shore.

I received the most terrible customer service that I've ever experienced in my entire life! Even a zero star rating would be too much for this shop!The proprietor of the this store is Haleh Vazirikashani.She grabbed the passports and other important visa documents violently from my hand, and we ended up in a tug-of-war......how strange and rude is that?I was simply attempting to ship important documents to the embassy via UPS, and I had a few simple questions which she failed to answer properly.During our conversation, she got irritated and told me to go somewhere else and that she won't be sending my documents.Since the requisition form I had filled out contained personal information, I picked it up along with my documents, and that's when she violently grabbed my document package.But in any case, I'll have a chat with the UPS head office, and warn other customers to stay away from this UPS franchise.

Bad customer service. My package sat in the shop for four days only to be return back to me with delivery label removed. When I asked for help with figuring out why this had happened I was told that they 'don't know and it's really not their problem'. I wish shop manager had a suggestion of what can be done instead of beeing rude. To me it seems suspicious that there is almost an even split of 1star and 5 star reviews for this place. Try your luck may be you will get 5 star service next time, but I didn't.

Worst customer experience ever. They have the photo taking services but the staff was not helping to answer any question you may have, only direct you to the others and said it is not her problem. If there is a zero star option I will give zero. I will never come back to this store again

I went in to get a package that had been in the store for a few days and the customer service was horrible. The person working there was not only taking their sweet time, but gave every customer an attitude as they were helping" them out. I accidentally gave them the wrong tracking number for which they told me I was wasting their time and could have saved it had I given the right one (it took them 1 minute to look for the package). Solely for the person working there being very rude I would give this place 1 star as you should not be treated like that when picking up a package."

poor services. They don't even have enough stock of photo paper while providing the photo taking services. After taking the passport photos, I was told that they don't have the photo paper and have to come back another day to collect the photos again. Waste of my time. Very disappointing and bad experience as a customer.

UPS refuse to send my import documentation in a timely manner as I do the brokerage myself. Greedy and shady corporate behaviors'. Take the shipping cost and be happy with it, I will never use UPS to ship out you've lost my business for ever.

Worst delivery experience ever. I had a package delivered to California that cost me $100. Weighed 30 grams. I never got it, now they say too bad. No money back. They don’t care at all. Hours wasted. So I got ripped $100 dollars. Moral of the story, they don’t care because they don’t have to. Not enough competition.
