Just stopped into the new location yesterday, and was not disappointed. Andrea and Ian have done a phenomenal job of creating such a cozy and inviting restaurant. As per our previous visits at their last location, we were not disappointed (they exceed our expectations every time and we are major foodies)! Just by entering their establishment, you can see the passion that the owners have for this place and to serve our community. The food is always fresh and outstanding and we were thrilled to hear that they plan to further expand their menu. Excellent value and a menu with an assortment of choices to suit all tastes. Great value, out of this world personable service and super clean establishment (washroom and dining room were pristine). To be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical of their location attached to a gas station, however, once you are seated inside, you wouldn’t even know!Thank you so much Andrea and Ian for your great hospitality! We can’t wait until our next visit.

We started off a bachelorette at Tea On 3. Andrea was very kind and went above and beyond to create an upscale afternoon tea for the bride-to-be. The attention to detail and special touches did not go unnoticed. The table was beautifully decorated with flower centerpieces that the bride got to take home with her. We started with mimosas and crostinis - the peach, balsamic glaze, goat cheese crostini was delicious. It was followed by traditional afternoon tea - all of the sandwiches, scones, and pastries were all very fresh and delicious. Andrea added special touches such as bride-to-be" themed dessert toppers

My sisters and I attended the Christmas High Tea today. We loved every detail from the apple cider/ginger ale mimosas to the homemade scones, Yorkshire pudding stuffed with roast beef and dotted with horseradish cream, turkey/cranberry stuffing bun (my personal fav), heart shaped chicken sandwich and delicious desserts. There were added touches with an appetizer of warmed goat cheese crostini with honey drizzled grapes, bacon wrapped water chestnut and fresh fruit. My blend of spicy/chai tea was aromatic and comforting on this wintry day. The fireplace, soft music pand large windows with birds at the feeder added to the warm ambience. We had more than enough food that was eloquently prepared, we were kindly offered boxes to take home treats that we couldn't manage to eat in one sitting! Andrea and her husband Ian have created a lovely retreat away from the busyness that life brings. A wonderful way to start off the Christmas Season! THankyou!

I stopped by here and thought it looked cute. We frequent the area so would have come back for some scones but the women working there refused the washroom saying it was only for customers and to use the Esso down the street. Really? The place was empty, I’m obviously not a homeless person and now you have just lost all my future business.

Our first visit to Tea on 3 today was delightful! The smoked chicken sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches and especially the scones were delectable! Best homemade clotted cream! I had 2 pots of the Lavender Earl Grey Cream tea. Excellent!Will definitely go back.

First of all the photo in the website was nothing like the actual location. The location in question was not at all what we expected, it was attached to a gas station/ liquor store. The interior of the restaurant was passable, that being said the cleanliness was questionable.On a high note the young lady that waited on us was lovely, the food was good, not very good. Had it been in a more amiable location it would have been much more enjoyable. We were there to celebrate our Aunt’s 85th birthday and were very disappointed.

My mom, sister and I went for high tea today. We had the rare privilege of having the place to ourselves as we were there at 11am on a very rainy and blustery day. We were greeted by Ian in all his chef’s regalia and seated by the fireplace which my “always freezing” mom, was delighted by. We started off with the apple cider mimosas. Anyone who knows me, knows I HATE anything apple flavoured except for apple pie and tarts. The champagne flute was rimmed with cinnamon and sugar. They did not skimp on that! Absolutely delicious. So delicious that I think I’m going to serve that on Xmas morning to my family! I could break down all the menu items BUT there wasn’t a weak link in the bunch! Incredible quality and deliciousness. I loved this place so much because it was not your typical high tea serving the cucumber sandwiches and egg salad. It was gourmet! Talking with Andrea, Ian’s wife, she mentioned that they were coming up with a New Year’s Menu and I’m there for it! It is worth the 40 minute drive from Niagara to Weinfleet. Thank you Ian and Andrea for your service as paramedics and happy retirement from the force to you Andrea! We’ll be back, Lisa, Danielle and Patricia

I went with a group of 8 women. We totally enjoyed ourselves. We had the Christmas menu and everything was done to perfection. When i saw the menu and saw yorkshire pudding well let me tell you I was in like Flynn and I was not disappointed. If I could have got them to go it would have been beyond perfection. We all had such a great time. On par with The Watering Can. Very enjoyable ... you will not be disappointed.
