LifeLabs and West Coast Medical Imaging. 11 seats available in shared waiting room. Paid plaza and street parking. Free street parking a block away. 3 blocks north of Vancouver General Hospital. 4 blocks west of Canada Line Broadway-City Hall Station.

if you phone lifelabs for an appointment at this lab the waiting time on the telephone is excrutiating but that is your only option. That's because the online booking system does not list this particular lab online. How DUMB and inconsiderate is that???? Another example of technology hell. It's everywhere!!! Shame on Lifelabs. Lousy disgusting service.

Rude staff, made an appointment in the morning came early and still waited almost half an hour. Also, expensive to park here. If you drive, go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. Very rude staff and the guy even express his frustration when I told I didn’t have the requisition printed. Do not recommend.

On the website said it will close 5 pm, it was a really rainy day I got there with my 3 kids at 4:30 she just closed the door , I told her I just have a drop off she said sorry we are closed I told her on web it said 5 she said no it’s 4 pm I was so upset we all were soaking wet if it will be closed at 4 pm! They should mention it on the web or she didn’t want to work and left early that day !!

Friendly and kind staff, explained all that needed to be done for my tests. I had booked my appointment in advance and got my tests done in a timely manner.
