Service was a bit slow . Took a very long time to be acknowledged at our table after being seated . Food was really good however.

Swiss Chalet, known for its exquisite rotisserie chicken and cozy atmosphere, left me completely enthralled during my recent visit. From the warm welcome by the friendly staff to the impeccable flavor and tenderness of their chicken, Swiss Chalet truly excels in creating a memorable dining experience. Went here today thinking maybe we would meet the famous Farzy that I read about so much on here, but got Lana instead and what a treat! We hadn't had Swiss Chalet in a couple years after a bad experience (at a different location), but decided to give it another try and so glad we did. Food was excellent and Lana was great - she was warm and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We are happy to say we have been won back by Swiss Chalet and will hope to see Lana each time we go back!

I highly recommend Chris from Swiss Chalet. He is an exceptional worker who consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Chris is friendly, attentive, and always ensures that customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Typical SS joint. Always lots of white hair - simple flavours, no surprises. Always overpriced. Caesars ok. No skimping on cheese (though in NO way is it park. It's what we called hard grating cheese". A much cheaper knock-off

These guys are so unorganized. Every time you do the drive-thru, they make you wait in the parking lot for like 40 mins, sometimes simply forgetting about you. When you ask on the status of your meal, the staff complains that they're terribly short-handed because of recent staff resignations. I can understand that situation maybe once or twice, but after half a dozen times, it becomes quite clear that it's a management issue. A poorly managed location with no customer service or anyone answering the phone, ever. You're better off driving further down to the next one.

My dining experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door, we received a warm welcoming from the host! We mentioned that we were on a tight schedule and they ensured us they could fulfill everything in the small amount of time (we ate, relaxed AND left with 15 minutes to spare) When we sat down Farzy greeted us with such beautiful smile and truly made the difference in our dining experience! We WILL 100% be returning and asking for her table! Thank you!

Me and my family went to Swiss after enjoying the movies and our experience was terrific. The food was really good I had the the rotisserie chicken and it was cooked very well as well as the shrimp. I also wanted to point out the kindness the staff presented especially an employe name Chris he was very attentive and had a very good attitude. I will definitely be coming back. Well. Let me tell you about this amazing location, so basically I called 15 minutes in advance for just a small meal and the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful which I really appreciated because most people that answer the phone are almost never “Happy” if that’s what you wanted to say and once I arrived at the location for pick up they asked for my name and I quickly received my food within less than 10Minutes on a busy day. And to top it off, the staff at this location were also helpful to get it out to me. This is one of my favourite places now.

Location is modern, and the service was attentive and fast. Food was great and up to Swiss Chalet standards. I also noticed they have new, more modern plating, and I’m all for it!Losing a star because the dessert was underwhelming. Before the brownie was better presented and the ice cream wasn’t extra, and there was whip cream. Towards the end, service wasn’t as good (plates weren’t cleared before dessert was served).
