Lady wasn't paying attention to my request to show co-worker a video on her phone. So unprofessional and sad. Had to ask again and got some attitude for not being patient. Do your jobs!

Literally make up their own covid regulations/restrictions and rules regardless of what the provincial regulations are. Won’t even let you study with one other person and have about 3 chairs in the entire library. I understand being cautious during the pandemic but some of the outdated regulations at this facility are not in effect at any other town of Oakville library or facility the operators of this library clearly just don’t want anyone to come here and actually use the tax payer funded facilities. Can’t recommend anyone go here who actually would like to study or get some work done without being hassled.

Good place to hang out with kids. Summer programs were good but should be increased. Very friendly and highly accommodating staff especially with little kids.
