I called Preferred Electric at 7:15 am. Electrician was at my home within the hour and determined that the issue was with the power line in within minutes.The electrician called Bluewater Power who also quickly responded and everything was fixed within two hours of original call.Amazing service.Polite and courteous.Obviously well experienced with a good working relationship with Bluewater Power.

I hired Preferred to fix the mess Olgavie Ltd. did not finish. The gentleman that came was professional and hard working. He saved my house as I had bare live wires. He also fixed a few other issues only an electrician would know. Thank you Preferred!

Very professional service, walked me through troubleshooting on a tripped breaker which avoided a service call altogether. Really didn't have to do that, could have charged at least an hours work, what fantastic service. Will certainly use in the future!

Unsafe, disorganized, complacent, unfair, dishonest and the woman at the office is the treat of all treats. I wouldn't touch them again with a 39.5ft pole. ZERO STARS UNTIL THE END OF TIME!!!!

Very unreliable and unprofessional. Made an appointment for a quote on a Tuesday for the following Friday at 9 am. with Shannon. Had to make arrangements with work to be home at 9 am. No one showed up or could even give me a phone call. I understand things can happen but just left me sitting there waiting for them. Wish there was a zero star!
