Dr. Abba does not care about mental health at all. If you have concerns regarding your mental health and want to seek assistance, do NOT go to dr. Abba. She will disregard your concerns and make decisions that a specialist should be making. This is very dangerous as she does not understand mental disorders/medications that can help these disorders like a specialist does. I have asked her year after year to try something new, but she kept telling me to “give it a chance to work”. I’ve been on the same antidepressants for 9 years because she won’t listen to my psychotherapists recommendations and my own personal concerns. For everything else she is fine, but for mental health, she is no help at all. If you try to question her, she will ignore you and get rid of you as a patient. I’ve never been so disgusted by a doctor in my life.

Dr. Zhang is an excellent doctor because she not only cares about patients, but also has superb medical skills. We have been her patients since 2008. In 2009, we moved to a place about an hour away from Dr. Zhang’s office, but we decided not to change doctors. We are very pleased with our decision, because Dr. Zhang has always provided us with quality services. Thank you Dr. Zhang for the excellent service you have always provided, and Thanks also to her office assistant!!

This by far has to be the worst family doctor clinic in the GTA. My wife has been a patient with Dr. Zhang and the service received is terrible. Doctors are supposed to provide patient care which is definitely not the case here . The doctor is very rude and has actually made my wife cry in the past. When you have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment to have an important prescription renewed, that's not acceptable. The secretary is also very rude and racist. If your not of oriental decent, good luck at this clinic. It's a real shame. If you are thinking of going to this clinic, please reconsider. The clinic also wants to charge us up to $50 to transfer our paperwork to another doctor who actually provides patient care. Truly unbelievable. Please avoid this clinic.

Office is warm. Calm environment. A great change of pace from previous offices. I have been a patient of Dr. McLean's for about 20 years now. She is a cut above. She treats you like a person and not a product of an assembly line. She really does care about your health and well being. I wish all physicians were cut of her cloth.

This place is mediocre. Me and my mom have been patients of Dr. Zhang for around 10 years and each year has just gotten worse and worse with these people. There are a few things. First thing is the secretary, specifically Fiona. As me and my mom are from a Spanish descent, FIONA and the rest of the secretary’s have treated us like trash, while on the other hand whenever we would wait for doctor zhang to attend us, other patients from an oriental descent walked in, and Fiona and the others greeted them with kindness and specialness, while we were greeted with absolutely nothing other the disgusting look on there faces that they give you. This place has to be by far the worst family physician in the GTA. SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE, and IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT with. I desperately needed a prescription refill for my mom, and when we called for an appointment, we needed to wait 4 weeks for an available appointment. Utterly ridiculous. Would not ever recommend this place, if you are thinking about coming here, please reconsider.

I am writing this review for Dr McLean, she has been my doctor for about 20 years and I have recommended her a family doctor to many of my friends [who I believe also still go to her]. I do love that she does not beat around the bush, she gets straight to the point and if you're doing something that is not good for your health [smoking, consuming too many sugary things], she is not afraid to tell you and encourage you to stop [I can totally see how some might not want to hear that but she's a doctor, she sees this day in/day out].Anytime there is something that requires a specialist, she will refer you to one. If I've ever said I had a pain, ache or concern, she listens.The only thing I find tricky is her schedule, but once you get used to it and make sure to book an appointment, there should be no other issues.I can't speak on the other doctors that work at this location since I have never had much interaction with them but I can say with certainty that Dr. McLean is an excellent doctor.

I absolutely love my family doctor and her secretary. However, I felt extremely unwelcomed by another doctor's secretary when I walked in without a mask on yesterday. This was literally the first time I forgot my mask. The other secretary stared at me and said, YOU NEED A MASK!" And I kindly told her

I called to office and was told this week the family doctor is fully booked and will be on vacation next week. Push me to walk-in clinic. Poor customer service without any empathy.

Love my dr and the secretary! Amazing, clean office, timely appointments and I always feel comfortable here.

Dr. Mclean is simply the best family physician there is! She has been my doctor since I was 14 and has a genuine care for each of her patients. Her secretary is also fantastic, and will go out of her way to make sure all your paperwork is taken care of. Their newer office is a great location and has a very comfortable and clean waiting room! Would give 10 stars if I could!!
