Jason Walker gave exceptional service when conducting an inspection on my mom Donna's broken furnace. He helped give options for repairs, as well as the information to purchase a new furnace. The unit was already having issues previously and so this would have been a second repair. I opted to go with a new unit and was further assisted with financial options. I was grateful for Jason's patience during his visit. The installation took place on Thursday morning and was pretty fast. Clean up was prompt and we honestly have no complaints. We plan to use Neptune for future purchases and repairs.Thanks again guys!

We had a leaking toilet that had damaged the floor. Neptune booked a visit within 2 days and let us know when they were coming the day they arrived. Jason and his assistant replaced the wax seal and added a silicone seal in a professional manner. Previously we have used them for AC and furnace replacement and unplugging a clogged drain so they are our go-to guys for all our heating and plumbing needs for a number of years.

Dustin Hingley arrived on time and took his time assessing the plumbing leak in the basement. He tried his best to minimize the post repair work that would need to be done to the drywall on the ceiling. The work took a little longer than estimated but there was no additional cost for me. As a senior, I really appreciated the way Dustin explained the repairs and how to properly winterize my plumbing in order to avoid a visit from him next spring!! This home is new to me so I have Neptune in my essential contacts from now on!

I was pleased with the work Jason did, after the diagnosis on the furnace, it was realized the thermostat was the culprit for lack of heat. A new thermostat was installed. Both Jason & Reese were very courteous & friendly. I have used Neptune’s services in the past & will continue to do so.

We had to call in some help after attempting to fix the hand sprayer attached to our kitchen sink and the whole experience was professional and efficient from start to finish. Jason was quick to assess the issue and offered a couple different options to move forward.
