Excellent clinic! Fast efficient and clean!

Great place!I was very nervous for my stress test and very anxious.The secretary Rita was kind enough to explain to me what to expect from my appointment which helped calm me down.Both the Doctor and Technician were very kind and were very patient with me as I told them I was anxious. They made me feel taken care of and safe.Highly recommend this place, will always request to go here for any future cardiology appointments

My daughter visited this office as a referal from her family doctor. She was asked by the secetary to come early because the tech needed to leave early. My daughter wanted to help out so came early only to wait in the waiting room for 30 mins while the tech and the secetary spoke. The tech (talking for 30 mins) called her in right at the original scheduled time of the appointment. My daughter, who is a cancer paitent, then had to endure a conversation from the other tech who spoke about her relgious beliefs. She then had to endure the rude and condesending tone of the secetary because she brought in the holter monitor late...all this and she hasent even see the doctor yet so who knows what that experience will look like... not impressed with the level of care here. Dr's , train and check your staff.

Avoid - the secetary is rude and condesending.. the office does not respect your time (asked me to come early to the appointment and then made me wait 30 mins) . We are people that are sick, we dont deserve to be treated like that !

I came in to Prime Cardiology as a first time patient.I was pleasantly greeted by the nice receptionist at the front desk who explained what would happen during my appointment and the wait time for the appointment.After filling out the required paperwork I waited for about 10 minutes to be shown into the test room.The staff and Doctor were very quick, knowledgeable and efficient with their work, I felt I was in very good hands.Thank you to all the staff and Doctor Crystal for such a great experience.

Rude secretary.

Had a very negative experience here. The secretary, Rita, is rude, has an attitude, and does not have any customer service skills. I had an appointment at 1:00pm and had to wait until 2:40 until I was seen by the cardiologist. This is completely unacceptable. When you make an appointment you should not have to wait this amount of time. That is the point of an APPOINTMENT. I had to get a babysitter to watch my newborn baby so that I could attend this appointment and when I explained this to the secretary, she rudely responded that “I should prepare to wait a long time for appointments like this”. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes just to be told that nothing is wrong with my results and that everything is fine. This clinic needs to gain some common sense and understanding regarding the value of people’s time. They also need to get a secretary who isn’t rude and actually has customer service skills.
