Typical car pool lot.Trash cans over filled on the regular.Don't leave your car there for longer than a day or two, or it may get broken into.

Seriously, you want ratings for a parking lot? Okay then....It's clean when I enter / pass by. There are usually one or two mobile residences (stealth vans) so there is movement during the day. It's visible to the highway, which feels safer than not. It's usually about 60% full when I pass.

Although I was okay, it's a bit sketchy in that people were there for 3 plus hours hanging out, and it looked like they were staying there for the long haul as in sleeping there. I had parked there and went for a long bike ride. I was a little worried about my car being broke into
