Poor customer service but it's not surprising for Canadian Tire. Going through the other reviews left by other customers it's pretty obvious that they condone this type of behavior towards people that they think they can get away with doing it to. I get it most people hate their jobs but don't work in customer service if you don't want to deal with people from all walks of life and different racial backgrounds. Anyone else that sees this comment half of the things sold at Canadian Tire can be found at Walmart for a cheaper price and if they don't carry it in the store they probably have it on their website to be order online and then picked up at their store.

The automotive guy is not friendly. Has given me the wrong parts in the past. Always nervous when buying automotive parts from this place. Canadian Tire in St Paul, Alberta.

AverageCustomer service could be a little better. Their website never matches store stock. If you want something out of a locked case, expect a wait time. The automotive department needs to train employees on basic car parts. Lack of employee customer service, faults on management. I feel with a push for better customer service could increase my thoughts about the store.

Good place to go when you need something. They usually have it, unfortunately, this location isn't much for cashiers so the lineups are extremely long. Not a place to go if you want to get in and out quickly. Wait times are usually close to half an hour.
