Called this company out of desperation. Bell increased my fees every other month. Explained my situation and named how much I was paying to Bell. The sales person: Moody Halbouni examined my needs and came up with the offer, which was very acceptable price and service wise. He also arranged my account with Shaw and three days later I was switched over to Shaw with all the channels I needed. I would highly recommend poynt360 if you are interested in Shaw Direct TV (They have other services, but I only needed TV).

Melanie from Shaw is fantastic! We are in the process of moving across Canada and building our house on the lake in Ontario. I honestly thought this would throw" Melanie in that she wouldn't know where our remote location was or be able to provide services to this location. Literally in a matter of minutes she was able to confirm the location and provide the internet and TV services we required. So incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this 5 star service from Shaw Direct!"

Moody was who we dealt with for Tv and internet and he was extremely helpful and explained everything beautifully and went through costs setup and was very helpful until I understood it all. I couldn’t have got a better guy to help us through this snd he made our experience a very good one .
