Saturday June 18. Approximately 4:30. We stopped in to grab something to eat as we had been travelling for a while. Service was very slow, nobody was ahead of me in the store. Next when getting our soda, there were no straws. A lady from behind the counter came and found the whole basket of straws had been dropped into the trash can. She removed them from the trash and set the basket and straws back on the counter to be used. I refused one and got mine from the counter staff. FOOD SAFETY COURSE NEEDED HERE.

Stopped in tonight June 29, 2022.The worst food we have ever tried.There were 5 cars in front at the drive through, placed order and got to window. Had to wait 5 minutes there, so we figured burgers and onion rings would be hot and fresh.Not even warm., flat old cheeseburgers that tasted like rubber- and probably a day or two old. The mustard was goo.Just imagine all the choices for fast food in that area.. you would think there would be a little more effort put in. What a waste of $30 dollars in the trash. We will never spend our hard earned money there ever again. Management should be ashamed.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken finger meal with fries, I received about literally 4 French fries and asked the worker very nicely that I had no fries and his response was I weighed them there’s enough there. Not happy been here numerous times and always a problem do not recommend getting food here unless you want to wait 30 minutes and get your order messed up.

Worst effort put into a cake. This was not a hard job and now I have to take this over priced cake to a bunch of old DQ workers. I have ordered this same cake many times and never recieved garbage like this. Next time I will be picking up not last min and refusing this type of effort .

No lettuce today, but no discount. They claim global supply chain issues, but if you go to a grocery store there's no shortage. The owner just doesnt want to pay grocery store rate. But they charge you $0.50 for a slice of tomato. Sounds great for the owner, not so great for their customers.Staff was friendly and service was prompt.

We ordered 2 Peanut Buster Parfaits tonight. Mine was extremely salty from the peanuts. It’s like when you get to the end of the container & you get the salty crumbs at the bottom. We went back. The staff & manager were AMAZING & made us 2 new ones. They were perfect. Thank you for the exceptional service.

This is our second time dining in DQ while driving from Moncton to Fredericton it’s a nice place stop by and take a rest from your long drive. Their burger worth a try, kids liked their chicken strips basket.Their kids meal bags come with a coupon for a kids con. Staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I can see everyone is working hard.Whoever their scallops basket should be removed from the menu it has a very bad taste and breading is getting separated from the meat and resulting to a poor food quality.Other than that, everything is good,
