I have dealt with NS Computers for several years and have found the proprietors, Kate and Steve, to be expert at computer repair and very pleasant to deal with. And, as a non-techy person, I appreciate their patience in explaining things.They also sell used computers at good prices.I highly recommend NS-computers.

Excellent service as usual. I came in with a sick computer and left with a healthy one in the same day. Plus, received tips on what to watch for in the future to prevent the same thing happening. Good service at a reasonable charge. Nice people too!

They are so efficient and helpful! They provided me some sheets of information about what to watch for and how to properly keep my computer clean. Today, I used that information. Using the two programs they uploaded on my computer allowed me to get rid of the virus that froze my mail and calendar.
