One of my employees called into the the eastern avenue office to request some equipment and was told he was out on a wait list and that someone would call him. He called into the next location a week later having received no call and was there are units available and it was strange he got no call. His details were taken and he was told he would be called back that day and again received no call. He finally called them today and was told no units are available. Terrible customer service and it seems either nobody knows what's going on or they just don't care.

Unfortunately you will not receive an adequate level of customer service experience. Unhelpful and unwilling staff. You will feel like you are bothering" them when you call

I wanted to rent the saw I reserved but I've been sitting in front of this store for 40min and no one has showed up to open it.

We were working nearby this location, and found ourselves needing a piece of equipment. Our proximity to this location warranted setting up an account to quickly procure the equipment we needed. Ended up costing DOUBLE what our normal rental outfit would charge for the same piece of equipment. When questioned about it I was met with hostility and arrogance. Use Altra rentals, Sunbelt, or Bercon for superior service and pricing!

Great customer service. Was helped and attended to, very quickly and felt comfortable with the help on my rental decision walking out

I rented a ladder from them to be delivered today by noon. When it failed to arrive I was advised that the driver had already been out and that no one was home and there was no car in the driveway, and that they had tried to call and someone else answered. Really.???..the car has been in the driveway the whole morning and my husband has been working in the garage with the garage door open ... As for the phone calls I was supposed to have received...not a single one. Either someone is lying or completely incompetent going to the wrong address and calling the wrong phone number. Either way not cool as I took the day off to do the work. The store on Kennedy on the other hand have been super to deal with.

I rented a stihl blower from the cove last fall for the weekend, and their weekend policy is really good, call them for details. The blower was a little beaten up but what do you expect from a rental tool. The customer service was really good and the blower preformed amazingly.

Not professional with paying customers. Manager sounds very inexperienced with customer relations and coaching team. Worst experience with Stephenson after 17 years of giving them my business

We walked in with a smile and lady in front desk was so grumpy and unfriendly that we will stop coming to this location!!!

I ordered a chainsaw through airmiles and I picked it up at this location. The staff were fantastic ! So nice and helpful. Then I thought I'd left my drivers license there ( I hadn't after all ) but again the staff were so great. I hope their bosses realize what a wonderful group of guys they have working for them. I will be back !
