Airvitech was more responsive than other companies from the first call. Next thing I knew I had a new heat pump and high wall unit being installed by a focused, hard-working team who knew exactly what they were doing. They were respectful to me and my home and clean up was very minimal.I was dreading the replacement of my old unit, but now feel really good about having picked the right company and I'm currently enjoying a whisper quiet machine and a much warmer home. Would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys! Lauren

We use Airvitech at our Company in DDO. I had an issue with a Heat Pump at my home during the recent heat wave. Morgan and Sean were very responsive and did thier best to fit us in quickly. Our tech was a true professional and really nice guy. Every thing was repaired, cleaned, inspeted and maintained. Now we are all set for the Summer.

These guys are really good and thorough. The technicians are excellent, give you lots of options and explanations and don't try to force you into anything. They are responsive to setting appointments and following through. For HVAC I recommend these guys.

Very disappointed at the service! My husband and I made like over twelve phone calls to book the appointment for our heat pump. They finally gave us an appointment, but there was no technician showed up. Even worse, I've already called them three times to ask what happened, every time they asked me to leave the phone number and promised to call me back soon, but so far still nobody calls me back and tells me what's going on. Never had such a bad customer experience like that! Are they really doing business???

From start to finish, the staff at Airvitech were professional, efficient and delivered a service and new heat pump as promised. A huge improvement to the last HVAC company I used. I would recommend them without second thought.

I had a heating kit replaced by Airvitech with a one year warranty. The kit burnt white still on warranty right before Christmas during a deep cold. I HAD NO HEAT! They do not bother answering calls or emails.They are supposed to provide service 24/7 and have an emergency service on Sat-Sun as advertised on their website. YET- impossible to reach!UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT HONOR LEGAL WARRANTY!!!
