Not the best office. Nice and helpful reseptionist, but the workers took a long time to help people. I've sat there for almost an hour before waiting for my worker.

I was with my caseworker Ani who was very professional , empathetic, and direct before they assigned my file to another caseworker who’s Mrs. Thomason. I had a bad experience with her on the phone. Very unprofessional, rude, and doesn’t know anything and lacks empathy & understanding. Avoid her if she’s your caseworker.

As a landlord, I found Bill N. most helpful in attempting to resolve a processing flaw in the file of one of my tenants who is on the programme. We both understand that Privacy for the tenant is paramount, so I did not request nor did he offer any privileged information, but aided me through the process so that I can take the next step to resolve our predicament. Well done Bill!

I've been getting help, it's great and the service is amazing. I've only had understanding assistants. My problem is with the communication, I never get calls and I can't access my benefits. Everytime I try to sign in it doesn't help. Especially since I'm not available during days to accept calls.Not to mention idk how to communicate when I can't answer calls and can't access online services. Maybe email should be an option.
