The owner and operator of Basin Dental Laboratory passed away in 2018 and was not a licensed or practicing dentist. Basin Dental Laboratory was not a ‘dental clinic’ you could call to make a dentist or hygienist appointment with. The owner was a denture fabricating dental technician who required a prescription (from dentists) to repair or fabricate prosthetics. He did not directly work with patients. He did not make, create or schedule appointments. No one answers the phone to this business because the owner has deceased. This business no longer exists and should not be open or susceptible to reviews.
