Terrible and very poor employees! Heartless, rude and disrespectful to customers! People are getting so disgusted with Bell as it is, and this place is like throwing salt on a wound! Extremely disgusted!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly in any other retail situation in my life. Staff was rude, condescending, and totally inept. Claimed to have worked this job for 2 years and did not know they could sell a sim card without activating it and argued that. Claimed I could not keep my old phone number (switching from another provider) which was also untrue. And also cancelled the plan we had worked out with a customer service rep over the phone, and lied to us about it. Was uncooperative every step of the way. What should have been a very simple visit turned into a horrible experience.

This is very poorly organized. I really don't know why there at this location.. you can't pay a bill there or get them to help with your phone..I got rid of them and went to another carrier... but gosh you can buy a BBQ there???

Upon entrance to the store I was required to supply my name, address and phone number for contact Tracing". Who the hell do you think you are? I'm trying to look at a phone case and I'm being treated like a criminal. You should be ashamed of yourselves. WWHD."
