I wish I had remembered to ask their names this morning, Friday 19/11/21 at this branch. Two gentlemen and one lady bent over backwards trying to help me. They were so friendly and helpful. I needed a box for Xmas item and one of the gentlemen went over with my item and found the proper box, put it together and I was ready to go. The other man and lady went on their screens to try to find out some information about an e-mail I had received yesterday about a parcel not having the right address, etc. They checked everywhere and finally told me that it was probably a scam. I was VERY VERY impressed with the service that I got this morning and I want to say KUDOS to you all. Your attitude and friendliness and helpfulness was a complete difference from what I got yesterday at another office but we won't go there. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MERRY CHRISTMAS! I sure hope you get to see this comment.

Horrible service due to a federal strike I dont recieve my package they should be fined for every day missed delivery this is a unacceptable mail service wouldnt recommend for anyone!

It's really too bad that people are complaining about this location. I had nothing but great customer service and was treated very much appreciated and I hope this review helps change the way people think of this location. I have to give this location a five star review based on the treatment that I have received each and every time I have been to this facility. They even went out of the way to make sure that my parcel was sent to the point where I wanted it to go for the cheapest price possible. Great Job Guys!!!!

I'm tired of my package getting lost" after going to saint john sortment facilities. This is the 5th time this has happened. Clearly someone is stealing packages. Good thing I always get shipping insurance. Theft of mail is illegal and I wish there was a way to have an investigation done."

The staff here were great, the issue I have is with my mail lady and her supervisor. It seems every Monday and Friday, which are big mail days, she decides to play hookie while people are sitting here looking at there tracking for the package and its been out for delivery" for 2 days when i call and complain they say they will look into it

Deliveries would take ages, they would hardly answer the phone and when they have it was always poor customer support. Not all deliverers were informed EVEN ON WHERE THE MAILBOXES WERE. This was NOT just a problem for me as there were other tenants in the building with mail issues. They need informed deliverers and a BRAND NEW group of receptionists. The current people are awful.

A Canadian Company that can not follow through. Awful service. They get paid to deliver a parcel as a service. I have been home all day awaiting a delivery. I have not left the house all day, literally awaiting this box. Not once. Delivery time usually 12-12:30. Didn't show. So I watch all afternoon. No show. Check tracking info online a little after 5pm and says attempted deliver at 4:59pm card left? 4:59 seems an odd stamp time seeing as they are closed at 5:15pm according to google. No buzzer at door, no card in box nothing. Deduction: No delivery attempt made. Person on route was near the end of day, looking to collect a paycheck and kick off for the weekend and go home without finishing the route. Was advised that I, the customer, have to now go and PICK UP the package they were paid to deliver to my door. I walk with a cane and getting in and out is difficult at best, at times impossible. And they want me to do their job? This is not the first time this has happened and this is exactly why I rely on Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS instead of Canada Post.

Not a direct reflection of this office, but good lord our postal service is stuck in the 1950s. Could not get a simple phone number for this office. Terrible service, clearly a Government run business. If I could give a ZERO rating I would of. I figure the management team will understand this: TOTAL MALARKEY!!!
