John and Carol were both professional and personable (they DEFINITELY went the extra mile in providing a thorough home inspection) and were fantastic to work with. They came highly recommended through a personal contact, and we will certainly be recommending their business ourselves! Also, we were given a take-home USB drive with all the photos and a clear, organized report, which we were impressed by!

Where do I even begin? Absolutely fantastic! John and Carol went above and beyond during the home inspection, really made a first time buyer like myself, feel much more comfortable and confident in our purchase. Not only that but John went through every little detail in the inspection report, making sure we understood absolutely everything. John even provided additional services in outlining the undeveloped basement, pointing out some safety hazards that we wouldn’t have even thought of! We called John and Carol late one evening when our furnace stopped working and they were here the very next morning to fix it. John then called me back the next day to make sure it was still working well! Can’t find customer service like that anymore! Amazing! To go anywhere else for home inspections, is just ludicrous!

I cannot describe how happy I am with the service that John and Carol provide. They were very understanding and accommodating during our pre-home purchase inspection. John had a long history of construction and proved to be a wealth of knowledge on the inspection, and answering any questions I had with confidence and certainty. As a buyer from out of province, I was counting on John's trustworthiness and integrity. Shameful treatment of a senior counting on truth, thoroughness, accuracy. Shared my confidential 'skewed' report with the seller too. When I complained, I was threatened with legal action. I see where the poor reputation of home inspectors comes from.
