Terrible communication between doctor and patient. Takes months to respond to a single phone call. Secretary is extremely rude and bad at her job. Took over 2 months after procedure to finally get in touch to say they’re not accepting new patients... 2 months! Of not answering their phone or email, and their voice mail box is always full. Now I’m starting back at square one again. Ridiculous that this type of behaviour is even allowed by a doctor in Canada. I recommend going anywhere else but here

Dr phams has always taken the time to talk to his patients. He cares and is a very understanding gastrointologist. He's well educated, Professional, and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr phams for all colon or stomach issues.. Thank you Dr pham for providing me with outstanding patient care:)

Have had to reschedule multiple appointments due to him always running late. As a result, we miss the appointments and have to wait months for another one. This happened again today, my sister was booked from 1-2 and did not receive a call. I reached out to confirm the appt and was told he was running behind schedule. Receptionist told me to wait until 3-4. EVEN THOUGH THE APPT WAS BOOKED FOR 1. I expressed how unprofessional and inconvenient this is, as we have to put a halt to our entire day for a 15min phone call. During this call I also asked that they call my sister instead of me and i provided the number. 15 minutes later my dad calls telling me the doctor had called him instead. I had to reach out to the receptionist again to confirm the number. After a bunch of back and forthI asked if we could call him to make this easier and she refused to give me his number. Wasted 30minutes only to get told we had to reschedule.

Dr. Pham is very kind and pleasant. I trust his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this doctor.

Worst place to be. Never on time. Always running hours behind. I just saw a upset patient slamming on the counter but you think this office care? Hell no!

There SHOULD be an option for no stars or a NEGATIVE grading system.This doctor is a legend in his OWN mind. Terrible. Extremely rude office staff, ALWAYS reminding person calling that Dr Pham is VERY BUSY.
