Wish I could give negative stars...This place is awful. Wish I would have read the reviews before going there. The reviews are unfortunately overwhelmingly true. Terrible customer service, the employees look down on you if you're not looking to spend a lot of money and are just plain mean.Stay away from this place!

Horrible customer service, they lie to sell you jewelries. They don’t give you all information before selling you something. A lady called Christine kept calling me a liar nonstop when I told her what another seller told me. They are horrible people, never buying from them again!

I have owned this watch for 7 years and it has never left the box. I came to replace my battery today and they absolutely wrecked the backplate, housing and band with scratches. I will never come back to Doucet you can keep your “free batteries”.

Terrible Customer service. The manager wasn’t polite at all, super rude and with a terrible attitude. You are running out of business if you keep this way. Do yourself a favor and look for another jewelry store.
