The menu is great, but I had an encounter with an employee that left a sour taste in my mouth. Both my boyfriend and I are in our 30s, and my boyfriend accidentally left his ID in the car and said in passing “oh god, I used to work in a dispensary too” and your staff member who wasn’t even a part of our conversation with another staff member very rudely said “WELL THEN YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER” who says that to a customer?

I recently visited Brant Cannabis in Brantford Ontario and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was well-stocked with a variety of quality cannabis products and accessories. I was impressed by the selection and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend Brant Cannabis! Five stars!

They had free donuts at the store I made a purchase and discovered Krispy Kreme donuts next the register. They were marked as Free with napkins on the side. The lady that served me was cool and nice. Professional and friendly ppl they even opened the door for me when I left!

I've been going to Brant Cannabis for a few months now, and I can honestly say that it's one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection of products is awesome. I've never had any issues when it comes to quality, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Brant Cannabis to anyone looking for a great dispensary experience in Brantford! 5 stars!
