Overall, it's Swiss-Chalet what can I say? This location I find at least is decent, always comes out hot and fresh tasting. Shannon, our waitress, was very attentive and great with our two boys despite she appeared to be almost working by herself.

Visited tonight and have to say this - Swiss Chalet should pride itself on serving a quality meal that they do really well.Tonight we tried the alternate seasoned fries and as a warning, do not be tempted to try them.Awful. Not worthy of being on the menu. Server was great but told us no complaints about these seasoned fries yet.One plate was barely seasoned, the other absolutely drowned.Chicken was amazing as usual.Three stars may seem harsh, but fries are a fundamental part of the menu and something that are normally excellent.Restaurant gets recommended - seasoned fries do not.

Came in for a takeout order tonight and waited 10 mins staring at the girl with her back turned to me I did everything to get her attention politely. She finally saw me and asked another girl to cash me out. This one had a nice teenage I don’t wanna be here attitude. She was super saucy and basically threw my food onto the counter. Meanwhile the whole kitchen was standing there just watching me wait while I was watching two of them hit each other with takeout boxes. Definitely won’t be back. Run by kids who don’t care.

Rotisserie beef sammich made me glad for the jus because it was cooked to death, the chicken wrap was cold, the rice pilaf was slick and oily, the parm fries were great though. Dining room was clean but dim. Our server April was great though! One of those two stars is just for her!

Dining at this Swiss chalet is not like any other. It is simply like walking into your extended families home, open arms, friendly greetings and amazing food. Quality and quantity are always there. I often look forward to seeing familiar faces that I’ve got to know over the years. I have had one time my order was wrong and it was the hun, which was nothing to me. People make minor errors and they fixed it right away. I think I got two actually.

Horrible service at the Chemong location. Last time we were there they forgot to give us our fries and this time they didn’t give us all our chicken. We are a family of five with three children. Can you imagine the difficulty we have experienced at dinner time. We will never be back! Ohhh and they didn’t provide any sour cream with the perogies. Both times they shorted our order leaving us with not enough food to feed our family. We don’t live around the corner so to go back for the rest of our order is not reasonable.

First impressions:As soon as I walked in with my family, we felt this was a cozy place.Servers:The lady at the entrance was not as friendly as we expected (we went on a Friday night at around 7 pm), she looked very young, though, so she's probably still learning. She led us up to our table, and then another server showed up to take our order. She introduced herself as Caroline, and she ended up being excellent at her job (with no exaggeration, she's probably the best waitress we've been served by so far), super friendly and professional.Food:The food was really tasty (we found the portions were a little bit smaller though than the last Swiss Chalet we visited in New Market). I found the ribs to not be as juicy as usual, the salad was okay and the fries were really good, as was the gravy.My children enjoyed their kids menu.Everything was good, we had a very nice family supper time. We'll be sure to come back sometime.

I tried to order dinner for two using their delivery. I called at 8:03pm. I was told my order would be delivered by 8:55pm. By 9:05pm my order had not arrived. So I called and was bounced around twice to different people. They told me my order was delivered to the wrong address. But if that was true. Why was I not called. In the end I never got my delivery. I cannot believe the way their people treated and lied to me. The complete lack of any customer service is shameful. I will not be giving that establishment my recommendation.
