Called Friday after a mix up with the delivery place for our washer, was able to come the next day (Saturday) after delivery and installed it without any problems! Upfront about pricing and professional, recommended!

Booked for a TV wall mount and this guy never showed up. He started ghosting. Not answering the call nor reply to text messages. Reached out to customer service as per his message which was no help nor responded to my inquiry. There's no business ethics. Have a plan B if you decide to go with this company as he won't show up.

Not recomended at all. They been rescheduling the appointments every single time with lame excuses. They do not respond even if they running late. Pathetic services

I used Jatinder for an extensive amount of work in mounting tvs. He left the first day he came before he could finish all the work that was requested. He mentioned he had to attend another job that he was running late for. He said he would come back the next day at 11am. When I followed up with him at 1130am his reply to me was he was not sure when he would come. Then he said he would come at 430pm that day.He called me at 5pm asking if he could come the next day because he was very tired as again he took on other work while promising to finish my work.He finally came back and I ensured he was going to finish it all.I showed him some drapes that I wanted to have him install. He mentioned he would do it and I called him to ensure he can come and he gave me a time himself for the following day at 11am.He stopped answering my calls and my texts and did not return any messages from that point on.I was okay with him saying he didn't want to do the work as opposed to him confirming he will do it and screen the calls.He is quite unprofessional when it comes to customer service. He does not bring a 2nd person with him to lift the tvs and will rely on the owner to help him lift it. We pay for your services.Although the work he did was pretty good and professional. Do not use these services if you need to plan around other schedules.You should not be taking on more work then you can handle and over promise all your customers.

Poor service from jatinder specially when time came for after sales service he stopped picking call.This guy will try to sell you blinds also please dont buy it … he took all the cash upfront and took 1 month to install it as he has some tie up with shop in edmonton and literally backed out and said you talk to that shop.He will try to sell other stuff too, moment he sees its a new house and trust me he does not even know what he is doing.

Got a Dishwasher install done with this company. They were late by 3 hrs and than showed up at 830 pm They broke the clip while unpacking the brand new dishwasher. They’re non experienced installers. They told they would come back and uninstall if needed to return and than blocked me. I would not recommend this company for installation of appliances.

I needed to get a dishwasher uninstalled, then another dishwasher installed at a later time (exchange). I called Gurufix to get pricing and a timeline. They were able to come out very quickly. The uninstall was done, then my new dishwasher was installed. Everything was great! These guys are quick and very good! I'm very happy! I will definitely be using them again.

What a great experience. I can’t say enough how happy we are with the service. Three TVs mounted. One on a brick fireplace. Amazing job. Friendly. Professional. The TVs look amazing. Cords hidden. Excellent pricing. Anyone giving a poor review is NOT being honest. Highly recommend and we will be re hiring for other services. Jay is the man. !!!! Cheers.

We called Jetinder to install our overrange microwave. He came on time was very professional. We would definitely use his company again. He left tidied up and even took the old microwave to the garage .Thank u young man!!
