Rocky relationship here at times…can be really bad, but also can be really good service. Just be very mindful and smart before you do anything. It’s been several years of getting service here. I still have to keep my guard up to ensure quality service and accurate diagnostics. Stay informed and do your own research. Dane the service advisor has been really good with me and I have good things to say about him. I’ve gone to the interior cleaning area and it’s a joke not at all worth the money if you want a detailed cleaning. I appreciate the loaner vehicle and the fast service when I arrive for my appointment. They book far out so call well in advance. You pay for what you get. Generally speaking it’s worth it.
