Best Buy Mobile

Great place to get pretty much anything u need for your phone. I was in and out within 20 min.. sometimes the place can get busy so there could be a bit of a wait but it's well worth it with the friendly customer service. All employees were kind, and super friendly. They will help you with all your electronic needs and if they cant they will point you 8n the right direction.

Excellent service! Nicole gave me the product knowledge I needed to select my new phone (dropped my old one) and got me the best plan deal. Explored other retailers and they didn't give me the low down or confidence I needed to make a purchase.

The Penn Centre location has always been quick and responsive when I visit there. Having purchased a Samsung A11 there 2 years ago, I returned on Monday to get help with setting up the extra SD card, I had maxed out the other internal memory and some phone functions were starting to freeze up. The gentleman behind the counter, a Niagara College student, went above and beyond to reset the phone and to transfer my way to many photos to the SD card. And to set it to do it automatically. It now works like a charm!Best Store Staff Ever, thanks!

Great little location in the Pen Centre in St Catharines.There is a great selection of phones and accessories.Remember this isn't a full store but a mobile specific location.It succeeds amazingly well at this.Staff was friendly. Selection was great.Why did I not give 5 stars? They did not have what I was looking for in stock.A case for a very current phone.To be fair, there are hundreds of models out now so they can be forgiven.

normally I would shop until I dropped to find the lowest price on electronics. Such is the case when I purchase a new LG 20 from Best Buy in st. Catharines pen centre. I knew they were available for as little as $90 and when I walked into the Best Buy it was 109. I was ready to walk out because the Best Buy was my first stop but I didn't. Something in Phil's demeanour suggested that I was in the right place and the $20 didn't matter I said I would take the phone. When I got to check out Phil could have dropped my new phone in a bag and sent me on my way but he didn't. he asked me if I wanted to swap my data. I knew I would have to swap data from a broken phone to a new phone and I also knew that I was buying at the bottom end of the retail market. when Phil offered to do that with zero prompting I knew again I was in the right place. That it was swapped over very quickly fill was very polite handling other customers while he performed his duties on my phone and I found the tire experience very pleasurable. Thanks Phil you took a lot of work off my plate as someone who works in it I know how important it is that those with the knowledge and the shortcuts do the job quickly and effectively for their customers.

Get my phone screen protector replaced every couple of months, service is always great and staff is happy to help, always gp here with my phone needs!

Ally is the best sales person ever. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind. She takes the time to make sure you are WELL taken care of! Go in and specifically ask for her, you won't be disappointed!!!

They make it impossible to speak with someone at the store, I just want to ask a question and they have 99 options that none goto an actual person. Lost a lifetime of sales from me.

Love this place. Such great service. Would and will recommend to everyone I know. Went to them with a very frustrating situation with one of their competitors and they listen to what I said and took it into their own hands and dealt with it all for me. They are super friendly and super helpful. One of their representatives, Frankie, was awesome. He stayed after hours to help me, and did everything he could to try and reverse the disaster their competitor had created. To no fault of best buy mobile, when I needed to return the next day, the store manager Nicole was already informed and up to date with my situation, and she just took my information she needed and went to work for me. They dealt with all the behind the scenes and in no time I was out of there with a smile on my face and my new phone in hand. It was great. Fantastic people and a fantastic store.

Always super helpful and really work to find you the best deal. I had a wonderful girl help me get my phone. She was so personable and wasn’t just trying to throw prices in your face like most phone places. Highly recommend.
