It's pretty good. I ordered a buy-one-get-one-free black tea bubble milk drink and it met all my requirements. It's not too sweet, and the bubbles are perfectly cooked.Haven't tried all their drinks to be able to give out a complete detailed review, but I will be back.Food: 5/5Price: $Atmosphere: 4/5 (very busy and full)Come back rate: 100%

A friend and I dropped by 101 Boba in Richmond for a drink. As I had recently tried the Four Season Tea with Mango Sorbetto at the Metrotown location of 101 Boba, I recommended that drink to her so she decided to order that while I decided to try Oolong Milk Tea. She enjoyed the Four Season Tea with Mango Sorbetto, but my Oolong Milk Tea was just OK. I'm not really a big fan of Oolong to begin with, but I just thought I'd try something different. I thought perhaps Oolong might taste better to me as a bubble tea drink. Hmmm...judging from the drink I had at 101 Boba, it would appear not. I saw a lot of cups on the counter with strawberries in them. It seemed like there was some kind of strawberry drink that was very popular at this place. I'm guessing it was the Strawberry Smoothie. Been really wanting to try this brand and wow it did not disappoint! Great customer service and fast drinks. Amazing quality! Well worth the price. Grabbed a kumquat lemon juice and four seasons tea w mango sorbetto. Very good! Love the interior! Will be back for sure!

I had the Ultimate Chew with Four Season Tea and it was delicious! Half sugar and normal ice, full of flavor and all kinds of chewy goodness. Extensive drink menu as well as snacks. Lots of indoor seating and free WiFi.

Staff is nice, location is clean, bubble waffles are sorta like Mochi they are doughy in the middle. Drinks are good and boba was cooked perfectly.

My favorite boba in Richmond! They serve many variety of drinks that are not overly sweet. I personally enjoy Four Season Tea with Ultimate Chew, it's so good! The tea is fragrant and the different toppings give it a wonderfully QQ texture.For students, I found that it is a place for late night study as well as the store opens until 10-10:30pm.

Bubble tea hit great when you take your first sip it it's in the back of your jaw makes you smile right away. I had the strawberry smoothie with 30% sugar and half and half of the pearls. Had the strawberry croissant only think I would change would be it be a little bit softer but the fresh strawberries were good and whipping cream was delicious.

Oolong milk tea latte / less ice / 30% sugar / boba.Good yea flavor, good and plentiful seating, clean with tall ceilings and tall windows for south facing sunshine. I would recommend to fellow visitors of Richmond, BC if you’re here for the weekend.Pricing is steep if you’re getting speciality items. Just get milk tea lattes and prices will seem more reasonable.

Stumbled on this place at noon on Tuesday and am impressed. They had a steady traffic of customers and online order pickups. They use actual tea, not powder and you can taste the difference. They have restrooms, lots of seating and wifi making this the ideal place to chill. I definitely recommend coming here!

Just okay for me. Been a couple of times and the Tea flavour just isn’t there. It’s closer to Shiny Tea (the worst) than to Chatime. It does look like a good place to hang out with a very open feel and plenty of seating. I’d come here if I was in the strip mall (like getting sushi at Izumiya) but I rather go down the road to Tea Monarch.
